      Job Summary

      Job Purpose:

      • This role is within Business Banking for Dip tester of new / existing cases sourced by the Relationship / Portfolio Managers
      • ECDD compliance with in bank norms
      • Account activation with coordination with various department
      • Legal and search report from bank empanelled vendor, for the collaterals offered as security for the loan
      • Valauation report from bank empanelled vendor, for the collaterals offered as security for the loan
      • Resolution of ECDD queries, if any
      • Ensuring disbursal documentation compliance.
      • Work in close co-ordination with people in operations at team CRC/ SME Ops to ensure disbursal of the cases in time.
      • Ensuring timely compliance of Asat for valuations and ECDD approvals of Business banking loans and documentary compliance
      • Day-to-day monitoring of MIS and control of the relationships i.e. accesses, deferrals, past dues overdue reviews etc.

      Responsibilities

      • ECDD activation and account opening as per bank guidelines
      • Vendor management for timely legal/ valuation reports.
      • Portfolio management support for coordinating with CRC/SME ops
      • Astar compliance as per guidlines
      • 100% commitment to code of conduct
      • Timely completion of mandatory e-learning’s

      Strategy

      • This role is ensuring approval/decision on ECDD of new customers within frame work from SCB and coordinating with vendors for legal/ valuation reports for the collaterals offered as security for the loan.

      Business

      • Work in close co-ordination with people in operations at team CDD team/ vendors to ensure timely submission of Legal/Valuation & ECDD approvals.
      • Analysing customers Balance Sheets periodically and putting up cases for renewal and ensuring that renewals are correctly prepared in accordance to group standards

      Processes

      • Ensuring timely opening of accounts and compliance of ECDD proceedures
      • Day-to-day monitoring of MIS and control of the Vendor management (Valuation/ Legal)

      People & Talent

      • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners

      Risk Management

      • Ecdd compliance & Vendor management.
      • Full adherence to Credit Admin Framework and all related aspects.
      • Adopt Early Warning System to strengthen risk monitoring
      • Assist with co-management of stressed accounts with Collection to reduce impairments and strengthen recovery effort

      Governance

      • Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the group ‘s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and if necessary, oversee change in the areas.
