      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Mentor and manage a team of Product Owners, fostering a collaborative work environment
      - Align product strategies with organizational goals to create actionable product roadmaps
      - Oversee product backlog prioritization based on stakeholder input
      - Facilitate communication between business, technology, and design teams
      - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product teams and present updates to senior leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
      - 7+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
      - Proven success leading Product Owners in an agile environment
      - Expertise in process engineering and continuous improvement methodologies
      - Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
