What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams in the development of financial systems, including payments and fraud detection
- Define technical strategy, architecture, and operational plans for FinTech engineering
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as PCI-DSS and SOC 2 Type 2
- Implement enterprise-grade engineering processes, including security best practices
- Collaborate with InfoSec, Legal, and Risk teams to manage risk and regulatory compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with cloud-native technologies
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in building and operating FinTech systems
- Strong expertise in regulated environments and external audit requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in enterprise B2B2C financial ecosystems or embedded finance platforms
- Exposure to data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
- Familiarity with secure software development practices (SSDLC)
