      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage personnel actions for direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
      - Lead and influence technology solutions to deliver business value
      - Oversee daily operations of the Software Development department, including budgets and operational metrics
      - Develop effective partnerships with internal and external business partners
      - Coach and mentor technology leaders to enhance their development and performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a Technology-related field or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development teams
      - Minimum 7 years of experience in product solution development, testing, and release cycles using SDLC practices
      - Minimum 3 years of experience leading software engineers in an agile environment
      - Strong customer service orientation and adaptability to changing business demands

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with service-oriented and event-driven system architecture
      - Background in building high-performance distributed systems
      - Familiarity with public cloud ecosystems
