      Mental Health Technician (MHT) Opportunity

      This opportunity is for PRN only, with a every-other weekend commitment.

      There is opportunity to cover various shifts if interested.

      The Meadows Psychiatric Center is the leading behavioral health treatment facility in Central Pennsylvania. We are located a short distance outside State College, PA. The Meadows is a 119 inpatient behavioral health hospital and has been providing comprehensive services to children, adolescents, adults and older adults for over 35 years.       Qualifications

      Requirements:

      • A minimum of a High School Diploma with patient care experience is required. Post-secondary training or education in related field with experience preferred.
      • Position also requires excellent verbal communication skills; ability to remain calm in dynamic environment; commitment to providing a high level of care to patients of all ages, excellent customer service skills and a reliable & dependable attendance to work profile.
