What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate Case Coordinator coverage assignments at care provider sites within assigned geographic area
- Provide day-to-day oversight, technical assistance, and guidance to the team to ensure project deliverables are executed efficiently
- Conduct site visits to supervise Case Coordinators
- Act as the point of contact for government and care provider staff at care provider sites
- Write monthly reports tracking issues in the area of responsibility

What is Required (Qualifications):
- MA/MS in Social Work or social science-related discipline with at least 5 years post-Master’s experience
- BSW or BS/BA degree in social sciences related discipline with at least 8 years of post-degree work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a discipline outside of Social Work or a social science and at least 10 years of demonstrated child welfare work experience
- Documented history of work experience supervising others
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience working with immigrant youth and families in case management, psycho-social assessments, direct mental health therapy, etc.
