What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business and manage existing customers in various sectors including office coffee, bars, and restaurants
- Generate leads and prospect for new business opportunities
- Organize and manage a potential customer funnel of targets effectively
- Coordinate and execute training and marketing project support for accounts
- Stay informed about liquid coffee and specialty beverage trends to educate potential customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales or Business, with 3 years of experience in specialty foodservice, Office Coffee Service (OCS), or Spirits
- Strong relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in closing sales through existing relationships, warm leads, and cold calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

- Experience managing distributor relationships
- Proven history of sales management experience and achievement
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Experience executing store-level retail programming
