Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration
Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events
Follow each individuals care plan
All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety
Complete required daily documentation
Other duties as needed or assigned
Minimum 18 years of age or older
Prior Direct Support experience preferred
Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED.

Job Description:
Easterseals NH is looking for a Direct Support Associate (DSA) to join our Community Based Services team! This program supports individuals within our residential homes.
Compensation: $21.00 Hourly
Schedule: Full time 32 hours a week; Sunday 3pm-9pm, Tuesday 3pm-9pm, Wednesday 3pm-9pm, and Saturday 7am-9pm
About the home: This two-family home in Manchester, NH provides support to 6 adult men who enjoy community activities such as going to the gym, watching airplanes, shopping, swimming and going to the beach in the summer. When at home they enjoy playing board games, card games and watching movies together.
Responsibilities:
The Direct Support Associate will support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting.
