      Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

      We are looking for Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team in Minneapolis, MN.

      As a DSP, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them live independently and maintain a high quality of life.

      DSP Responsibilities:

      • Personal care and housekeeping services
      • Assist the residents in developing or executing independent living skills
      • Provide written and/or electronic communication
      • Accompany residents to appointments, via van transport, when necessary.

      DSP Qualifications:

      • Minimum 18 years of age.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals.
      • A demonstrated customer-service approach to work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities.
      • Ability to effectively communicate with the resident and provider. Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English in order to ensure accurate communication and documentation.
      • Must pass a background check and meet other employment requirements.
