Résumé des fonctions

Le/la Directeur/trice Système, SD&I dirige une équipe qui déploie de nouveaux systèmes basés sur la réingénie des processus de distribution et logistique qui considère l’automatisation, l’intelligence artificielle, l’intelligence artificielle et d’autres innovations afin d’obtenir une chaîne d’approvisionnement optimale.

Le/la Directeur/trice Système, SD&I travaille avec une des experts internes, externes ainsi que des fournisseurs d’horizon divers afin de concevoir, installer, tester et mettre en service de nouveaux systèmes et centres de distribution automatisés à travers le réseau McKesson Canada.

Responsabilités spécifiques

• Mène la réingénierie des processus d’affaires afin d’accomplir des changements drastiques d’amélioration au niveau : de l’expérience client, la productivité, la réduction de coût, la sécurité au travail, l’engagement et du développement des employés en intégrant les systèmes automatisés, l’intelligence artificielle et de toutes autres nouvelles technologies.

• Gère l’équipe interne et externe afin de livrer une solution stratégique de qualité dans les temps et le budget du développement du besoin, au design de la solution, à la configuration/paramétrisation des systèmes, au tests, à l’activation jusqu’au support post implantation.

• Donne les orientations techniques et effectue l’assurance qualité pour une solution performante, capable d’évoluer dans le temps et qui répond aux requis règlementaires.

• En considération du portefolio système actuel et futur, développe les requis en données, structure et met en place la gouvernance pour saisir et maintenir une information de qualité.

• Sollicite l’engagement des différents niveaux hiérarchiques et départements afin d’obtenir leur « buy-in » et leur collaboration.

• Dirige et supporte la planification de projet et sa gestion. Développe et maintien le plan de communication.

• Dirige et supporte le protocole de test de Santé Canada dans l’ensemble de ses phases.

• Informe l’équipe des problématiques d’affaires, aide dans la résolution de problèmes complexes et standardise les approches et méthodes utilisées.

• Contribue activement aux analyses coûts/bénéfices et leurs présentations

• Se maintien informer des nouvelles tendances et technologies, suis l’évolution des marchés et contribue au développement de la stratégie d’automatisation et système pour McKesson Canada.

Requis essentiels

• Minimum Baccalauréat en ingénierie, en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, Data Sciences ou Systèmes d’information

• +15 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire et/ou dans un poste de gestion aux opérations dans un entreprise automatisée.

• Vaste expérience en identification et mise en œuvre de projets d’innovation de grande envergure

• Nombreuses réalisations en réingénierie des processus et déploiement de systèmes de la phase définition des besoins au support post implantation.

• Solide expérience en gestion de projet démontrant sa capacité à optimiser l’utilisation des ressources, maintenir un échéancier serré, effectuer la gestion des risques, gérer les imprévus ainsi que les attentes des clients et fournisseurs internes et externes.

• Habileté interpersonnelle à créer des relations de travail influentes pour accélérer l’adoption du changement, créer un climat de cohésion et de collaboration dans un environnement matriciel

• Compréhension étendue de la chaîne d’approvisionnement pharmaceutique et de ses enjeux.

• Certification Six Sigma (un atout)

• Esprit critique, forte capacité de résolution de problèmes, orienté résultat, capacité à synthétiser des problématiques complexes et leurs solutions

• Anglais et Français obligatoire tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral

• Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes dont les tâches requièrent une connaissance de la langue anglaise a été restreint dans la mesure du possible.

Job Summary

The Strategic Distribution & Innovation (SD&I) – Software Director leads a team that implements software systems based on re-engineer distribution & logistic business process, that consider automations, AI and other innovations to deliver an efficient supply chain.

The SD&I Software Director works with internal and external subject matter experts and suppliers from various areas to develop, implement, and activate new systems and new facilities across the McKesson Canada network.

Specific Responsibilities

• Drives business process re-engineering utilizing automation, artificial Intelligence, systems, and new technologies to achieve drastic improvements in key business metrics; customer experience, compliance, productivity, cost, safety, and employee development /engagement.

• Leads internal and external teams to deliver strategic solutions in a timely manner, within budget and successfully from business process re-engineering, software design, system configuration/parametrisation, testing, system activation to support.

• Provides technical direction and quality assurance for a performant, scalable, maintainable, and compliant solution.

• In consideration of the current and future ecosystem, develop the data requirements, design and implement its governance structure considering; the initial data gathering and its maintenance to guarantee the data accuracy and conformity.

• Engages key stakeholders from all management levels and from various specialities (IT architect, IT security, suppliers, business process owner, QA & regulatory…) to gain their buy-in and collaboration.

• Drives and supports project planning and monitoring. Develop communication plans.

• Drives and supports Health Canada test protocol design, execution, and documentation.

• Informs team on business challenges understanding and assisting them in solving complex problems and standardizing methods and approach.

• Performs financial analysis to assemble business cases.

• Proactively maintains knowledge of industry technology trends, market evolution and contributes to the development of the innovation strategy through automation and systems across McKesson’s Pharma

Section B – Key Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Sciences or Information Systems.

• 15+ years relevant experience in a similar position.

• Proven ability to identify innovative projects (reengineer processes & value add) from ideation to deployment.

• Proven record of complex business process re-engineering and software implementation inclusive of blueprint, test, go-live and post go-live customer care.

• Experience in project management to ensure proper resource management/utilization, delivery against scheduled commitments, risk mitigation, issue management, and effective management of internal client expectations.

• Ability to navigate a complex organization, identify, align, and integrate cross-functional resources into cohesive teams in a highly matrixed environment when required.

• End-to-end supply chain understanding

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification – preferred.

• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; proactive nature and willingness to challenge status quo. Conceptual mindset with an ability to simplify.

• Interpersonal skills to effectively source information, obtain approvals, build relationships, and influence to achieve success at various management levels.

• Knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

• English and in French (mandatory) written and spoken.

• The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

• Travel required -approximately 30% of the time.
