What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with Aerospace Customers, OEM Partners, and Technical Stakeholders
- Lead major contract pursuits and manage the full sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineering, OEM, and procurement teams to deliver winning solutions
- Conduct onsite visits and briefings at Government Facilities and System Integrator Sites
- Close sales and provide forward reporting of the sales pipeline to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the position
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Minimum of 20+ years of experience in Aerospace Sales
- Minimum of 20+ years of experience leading major Aerospace Contract Capture Efforts
- Minimum of 20+ years of experience working closely with Aerospace System Integrators

- 20+ years of experience executing in-person and remote sales calls
- 20+ years of experience closing sales and managing the sales pipeline
- 20+ years of experience building and maintaining client relationships
