Should be having 18+ years of experienceShould have good Retail domain understandingShould have prior experience of managing 400+ FTE programs in ISD Head roleKey Responsibilities will include:To ensure that account fulfils all contractual commitmentsTo drive relationship with the customer and other internal stakeholders.To partner with Account management teams for business growth planningTo ensure Delivery Governance through creating a facilitative operating environmentTo leverage practice propositions and initiatives to add value to the clientTo lead the business review meeting with the customer and to ensure that customer visits by the client result in generation of additional business for HCL. (1.) To drive program implementation, identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth management of all the programs. (2.) To manage program budget, operations and deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management (3.) To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery. Eg: Works closely with other technical advisorsor CTOor CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issueorrisk identification, and resolution (4.) To establish, track and review KPIorMetrics and manage key Program Partners or Stakeholders interest of multiple programs. (5.) To develop strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective.
