- Provide strategic leadership and supervision to four ACT teams located in separate geographic areas. Ensure that team leaders and members are adequately supported to perform their roles effectively.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ACT programs in line with best practices and regulatory standards. Ensure programs are responsive to the needs of clients and communities served.
- Monitor program outcomes and ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. Implement quality assurance practices to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding bodies. Advocate for resources and support to enhance program offerings and meet community needs.
- Facilitate regular communication and coordination among the separate teams to ensure consistency in service delivery, share best practices, and address common challenges.
- Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure each team is adequately equipped to meet client needs effectively. Identify and pursue additional funding opportunities to support program operations.
- Promote professional development and continuous learning among staff members. Ensure teams are trained in the latest evidence-based practices relevant to ACT services.
- Provide guidance and support for teams in managing crises and complex cases. Ensure that effective risk management strategies are in place across all teams.

- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within community mental health services, with a strong preference for experience in Assertive Community Treatment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of and experience with regulatory standards governing mental health services in Pennsylvania.

Position Details
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Director to oversee and coordinate the operations of four geographically distinct ACT teams. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of community mental health services, and a passion for providing exceptional care to individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses. The ACT Director will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, integrated, and client-centered services across multiple locations.
This position requires the Director to oversee teams in multiple geographic locations. While based out of the central office, regular travel to each site will be necessary.
Responsibilities
Earn $95,992.00 annually
