      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with departmental goals
      - Oversee the management of litigation cases from initiation to resolution
      - Manage office budgets and ensure cost-effective litigation strategies
      - Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding litigation policies
      - Evaluate legal risks and provide strategic recommendations for mitigation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be actively licensed to practice law in at least one state and maintain CLE requirements
      - Minimum of ten years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or personal injury
      - Prior management experience is required
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analytics proficiency
      - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
