      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement litigation strategies that align with departmental goals
      - Mentor and foster professional development for team members
      - Oversee the management of litigation cases from initiation to resolution
      - Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding litigation policies
      - Evaluate legal risks and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate potential impacts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be actively licensed to practice law in at least one state and maintain necessary continuing legal education (CLE) requirements
      - Minimum of ten years of litigation experience, focusing on insurance defense or personal injury
      - Prior management experience is required
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize data analytics for decision-making
      - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
