      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Provide oversight to the daily functions of the Behavioral Health Utilization Management staff
      - Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the performance of managed care members across the continuum of care
      - Lead special projects, reviews, and evaluations of Behavioral Health Utilization Management programs
      - Collect, analyze, audit, and report program trends and quality outcomes
      - Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures for compliance and improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Licensed RN in Virginia and North Carolina
      - Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or similar
      - 5+ years of nursing experience
      - 5+ years in a managed care setting
      - Behavioral health experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience as a director or in a leadership role
      - Certification in Utilization Management or related field
      - Knowledge of contract and accreditation compliance
      - Strong project management skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
