We are currently seeking a Director for Brand Marketing TRUQAP (prostate) to join our Oncology Business Unit. This is an opportunity to build a rewarding and meaningful career as part of a dedicated Oncology team!

      Accountabilities:
      As the Director Brand Marketing TRUQAP (prostate), you will be responsible for developing and implementing the launch strategy for TRUQAP in mCSPC in the US. You will lead a team in developing a robust commercial strategy & readiness plan in collaboration with key cross-functional partners. This role is based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, where you will find a collaborative environment and various amenities to boost efficiency and employee satisfaction.

      Essential Skills/Experience:

      • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
      • 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
      • 4 years of experience in marketing.
      • Prior in-line HCP marketing and launch experience.
      • Current relevant US cancer marketing experience.
      • Proven ability to lead team of cross functional and technical members to achieve outcomes.

      Desirable Skills/Experience:

      • Oncology or specialty care experience highly preferred.
      • People management experience.
      • Understanding of U.S. Oncology landscape including Community oncology and Hospital oncology dynamics, GPOs, Payer landscape, Specialty Pharmacy partners.
      • Experience developing brand strategy, performing positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, leading ad agency, providing direction on annual budget planning.
