      Inviting applications for the role of Director - Business Architect , Supply Chain Consulting

      In this role, The Business Architect is responsible for providing deep subject matter expertise in their given area of expertise across supply chain. This person will provide mentorship and leadership to delivery project teams, facilitate workshops and strategy sessions, tease out business requirements, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. They will contribute to the development of various service offerings and thought leadership through white papers, podium events, and industry publications. The Business Architect will also provide oversight to maintain the consistency of quality and delivery across a global team. They will have the opportunity to help shape the future through increased exposure and collaboration with other industry leaders in top positions, consulting roles and/or innovative technology partners.

      Responsibilities

      • As a Logistics subject matter expert, play a lead role in developing new client relationships and grow existing accounts through engagement with client decision makers and adjacent Genpact leaders

      • Help clients understand our transformation delivery approach and build client confidence for successful engagements, creating transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business impact for our clients

      • Understand our deployment methodology , lead projects driving measurable financial and operational client outcomes, and ensure compliance across engagements .

      • Monitor multiple project budgets, project forecasts, and compliance with department policies on project governance .

      • Aid in the development of proposals and SOWs for Logistics advisory, transformation, and managed services .

      • Develop consulting team members in supply chain, client management, financial management , and client value delivery .

      • Contribute to firm development activities such as recruiting, retention and professional development

      Minimum Qualifications

      • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for success and is known for their leadership, quality work and expertise within the supply chain arena. They need to have passion for driving change and innovation, invigorating a team, and building bridges to improve the value that is being delivered to clients.

      • Demonstrated experience within a consulting environment, or relevant industry experience aligned to logistics (transportation, fulfilment , warehousing, global trade, fright billing)

      • Delivery of solutions to clients at the strategic level with proven understanding of the underlying financial, business and organizational issues

      • Technical fluency and experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), track and trace, data interchange methodologies

      • Knowledge and experience delivering projects involving strategy, process, analytics and technology and digital interventions

      • Go-getter who is driven to develop business relationships with target clients and transform relationships and opportunities into successful projects

      • Confident, charismatic teammate who is hands-on and has an approach that is naturally inclusive and collaborative

      Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

      • Leadership experience and an ability to attract, build, and mentor talent in a collaborative environment

      • Clear history of successfully selling, delivering and growing revenue and a track record of opening doors and selling at least $5 million annually

      • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Order Management Systems OMS ), and end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC)

      • Deep experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM), or Blue Yonder

      • Ability to develop creative solutions to client problems based on business requirements

      The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$160,000 to $225,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
