What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess upcoming Office of Remediation priorities, execution risks, and problem solve to ensure the office runs smoothly
- Provide coordination of the Office of Remediation's leadership team and foster cohesion
- Serve as an outward-facing representative for the Office of Remediation, including handling sensitive matters
- Manage communications and develop baseline content
- Assist in developing and maintaining operating frameworks for the Office of Remediation
- Prepare job requisitions and assist with HR processes
- Contribute to new and ad hoc projects across the Office of Remediation
- Manage budgeting process and financial forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting, or related field
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and structure divisional initiatives
- Experience in project management and developing frameworks for large organizations
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Experience in consulting for external or internal efforts
