What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion, overcoming challenges and driving teams towards success
- Communicate effectively with project sponsors and stakeholders, managing expectations and establishing regular points of contact
- Perform root cause analysis on project shortfalls and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Facilitate workshops and target improvement events to achieve strategic objectives
- Develop and document business processes while instilling a culture of continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large and complex projects
- Proven experience in continuous improvement and process management
- Strong problem-solving skills using a systematic and data-driven approach
- Ability to travel up to 25% is required

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in leading change management initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across various formats
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
