Job Description

- 1 year of related experience; sufficient previous management experience/training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to resolve conflict.
- Demonstrated ability to work with children and parents in a positive, supportive manner.
- Computer skills sufficient for internal communication, collection of data and perform functions relating to financial support.
- Mobility to work with active children and to respond to physical needs of children.
- Degree: ASSOCIATE Specialty: Required Associate's Degree meeting qualifications for Colorado licensing regulation
- Associate's Degree meeting qualifications for Colorado licensing regulations. (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education preferred. (Preferred)
- Must have obtained or have applied for Official Large Center Director Qualifiction Verification Letter and meet state requirements for Director of Child Care.

Responsible for the daily operations of the child care center, ensuring safe, efficient and educational environment for the children. Manages the teaching staff and develops curricula in coordination with teachers. Responsible for communicating with parents and upholding the center’s reputation.

Pay Range
$20.96 - $34.33 / hour
