      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct Survey Readiness Assessment visits and document findings
      - Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, federal regulations, and state regulations
      - Evaluate clinical services provided and observe staff roles in providing safe and high-quality healthcare
      - Review facility documents for content compliance and assess physical environment
      - Report trends, risk issues, and patient safety events to appropriate stakeholders
      - Engage with clinical and medical staff in the accreditation and regulatory process
      - Research and evaluate compliance with clinical policies and procedures
      - Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for process improvement
      - Complete documentation and communicate findings to key stakeholders
      - Support implementation of quality initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University; Master's Degree preferred
      - Licensed RN
      - 10+ years of experience in ASC setting with regulatory and accreditation survey compliance experience
      - 3+ years of leadership experience
      - Exceptional customer service and communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment

      - Experience in maintaining a relentless attention to detail
      - Previous experience in a remote work setting
      - Knowledge of AAAHC and TJC accreditation standards
