      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values
      - Collaborate with senior executives to shape key messages and ensure consistency with brand voice
      - Manage content for company-wide meetings and advise on functional communications
      - Support change management efforts through effective and engaging communications
      - Ghostwrite for various leaders, delivering authentic and brand-consistent messaging

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS in journalism, communications, or a related field; Master’s level degree preferred
      - 10-12 years of experience in storytelling and content development, preferably in a communications-focused role
      - Minimum of 7 years in an executive communications position serving senior executives
      - Strong executive presence and confidence to advocate positions and influence others
      - Demonstrated ability to develop original speeches and other communications content for senior leaders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the pharmacy, PBM, or healthcare industry
      - Previous experience managing direct reports or leading a team
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
      - Familiarity with AP style and the ability to adapt to brand-specific style guidelines
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with knowledge of design tools like Canva
