What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide operational contract support, including drafting and negotiating various agreements related to supply chain, procurement, and technology
- Develop and update the Legal Department’s contract templates and contracting policies
- Monitor legal developments affecting the business and provide proactive advice on relevant issues
- Conduct legal research on contract law, consumer protection, and compliance regulations
- Review marketing and promotional materials to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare companies or law firms, providing counsel to healthcare clients
- Essential experience in contracting and transactions for healthcare clients
- Desired experience in reviewing and negotiating research agreements
- Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom/GoToMeeting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in advising on healthcare laws such as the False Claims Act and HIPAA
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance issues in healthcare
