Lead the assigned shift operations and the direct support teams with a strong focus on strategic direction and efficient execution
Strategic Leadership : Shape and deliver the OFC and CSS programmatic strategy, aligning it with Dell’s global security objectives
Team Management : Oversee CSS and OFC managers/watch commanders, team leaders, technicians, analysts, and operators, ensuring efficient operations
Incident Response : Handle incident triage, crisis communications, and decision-making for natural, human-made, and cyber events. Assess situations to determine potential risks to our people, operations, and assets; e.g., external events with a Dell nexus
Operational Intelligence : Prepare and deliver threat briefings, including daily updates and situational reports (SITREPs), with a focus on a connected, shared risk consciousness to enhance decision-making and coordination, and facilitate creative problem-solving
Excellent knowledge of industrial security programs and the ability to identify and evaluate policies and procedures to complement the business objectives while protecting company personnel and assets
12 to 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of experience directing the efforts of others and the ability to build coalitions to achieve resolutions
Resiliency- experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management.
Analyzes, investigates, and recommends process improvements related to loss control and incident reports
Certified Protection Professional or Certified Fraud Examiner or equivalent internationally recognized qualification

What you’ll achieve
We are currently seeking a dynamic leader to head both our Security and Resiliency Office - Operations & Fusion Centers (OFC) and the supporting Corporate Security Services (CSS) programs. The OFCs serve as converged (cyber, corporate, crisis management, resiliency global) operation centers, playing a critical role in addressing complex and networked threats to Dell, our team members, and assets. As the 24/7/365 operation for intake, the OFC ecosystem is vital to our mission.
This role provides programmatic leadership for CSS programs delivered through the Business Unit Security Officer community, Cyber Security, Field Security Services, and the OFC. These programs are Duty of Care, Workplace Violence Awareness and Recognition, Travel Risk Management, Journey Management, Liaison Officers, and other programs as assigned.

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $171,700 - $222,200.
