What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with business units to understand work requests and ROI, enabling stakeholder reviews
- Develop and maintain system documentation for HRIS, financial, and accounting systems
- Lead end-to-end project management for system upgrades and new technology implementations
- Conduct analysis and collate data for decision-making and strategic planning
- Manage process improvement projects and apply change management experience to facilitate quality improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of experience in HRIS, finance/accounting information systems, and project delivery
- Knowledge of data warehouse tools like Tableau and experience with SAAS product connectivity
- Strong skills in IT project management, systems design, and employee data management
- Experience with HR metrics & analytics, HR regulatory environment & compliance, and process improvement methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with UKG Pro, iCIMS, and NetSuite
- Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean methodologies for process improvement
