      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the technology, customer, and business aspects of Human Resources, Payroll, and Finance/Accounting Systems
      - Collaborate with business units to define requirements and ensure stakeholder validation
      - Track and communicate progress of system development initiatives to business stakeholders
      - Manage the configuration of systems to optimize business process automation
      - Lead and manage a team while providing direction, coaching, and feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Finance/Accounting Information Systems
      - Proven experience with project delivery, product development, and systems management
      - Strong knowledge of data warehouse concepts and tools, with Tableau experience preferred
      - Familiarity with HR metrics, analytics, and regulatory compliance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with UKG Pro and iCIMS for HRIS
      - Knowledge of NetSuite for financial software
      - Background in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
      - Experience in IT project management and change management
      - Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and training team members
