This role ensures that creative work is not only beautifully conceived but flawlessly delivered—on time, on brand, and at scale. Operating at the intersection of creativity and operations, this role manages the production process, optimizes team workflows, and partners cross-functionally to uphold quality, efficiency, and creative excellence.

This is a 3 month contract with the option to convert to full time.

      Responsibilities

      Creative Production

      • Lead the end-to-end execution of creative assets across campaigns, digital content, video, print, packaging, and events.
      • Translate creative briefs into executable production plans with defined timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
      • Partner closely with Creative, Brand, and Marketing teams to scope and deliver high-quality content across touchpoints.

      Project & Workflow Management

      • Manage workflows for project intake, briefing, approvals, and delivery—ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to streamline creative operations and reduce bottlenecks.
      • Maintain visibility into project status, proactively solving for risks and dependencies.

      Vendor & Partner Management

      • Build and maintain a network of trusted production vendors, freelancers, studios, and agencies.
      • Manage partner negotiations, contracts, and onboarding to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with brand standards.
      • Oversee delivery timelines, asset quality, and budget compliance.

      Resourcing & Team Support

      • Monitor creative team bandwidth and recommend resourcing solutions (internal and freelance).
      • Align production support with project needs, adjusting workflows and staffing as priorities shift.
      • Foster clear communication between creative teams and external partners to support seamless execution.

      Tools & Systems

      • Manage tools and platforms that support production and operations (e.g., project management, asset management, file sharing).
      • Ensure centralized access to brand guidelines, creative templates, and final assets.
      • Champion best practices in file management, version control, and quality assurance.

      Budget & Process Optimization

      • Support budget planning, tracking, and reconciliation across production projects.
      • Identify opportunities to improve cost-efficiency and production scalability without compromising creative standards.
      • Contribute to reporting on project health, output volume, and operational KPIs.

      Creative Quality & Brand Consistency

      • Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards and are delivered accurately and on spec.
      • Implement QA processes to maintain excellence across a high volume of deliverables.
      • Advocate for brand integrity and creative quality throughout the production process.

      What You Need

      • Bachelor’s degree in communications, arts, marketing or relevant fields required. At least 7-10 years’ experience.
      • Teams experience efficient workflows, clear timelines, and strong production support.
      • Vendor partnerships and internal systems scale with content demands.
      • The brand shows up consistently and effectively across every channel.
      • Develop and deliver on assigned objectives within requested timeframes.
      • Work cooperatively with managers in other departments.
      • Possess good interpersonal skills and engage others in a positive manner.
      • Possess strong attention to detail.
      • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Be willing to raise issues and concerns promptly.
      • Document and present work in a clear and concise manner.
      • Work independently with minimal direction and oversight.
