      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a structured account management/customer success management team
      - Ensure customer needs and requirements are understood, planned, and executed by stakeholders
      - Serve as the main point of contact between customers and the company
      - Create templates for project planning and agenda creation
      - Monitor project plans, incidents, patient safety, and cashflow cases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, Business Analytics, or Healthcare
      - 3 years of Client Relationship Management/Account Management/Customer Success Management experience in the healthcare field
      - 3 years of Project Management experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP certification preferred but not required
      - Bilingual, English and Spanish preferred
      - Fluent in technical specifications and knowledge of databases, application servers, interfaces, and networking
      - Basic understanding of SDLC process and software upgrade processes
      - Skilled in negotiations and great listening skills
