What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Shape and implement a customer engagement model to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success leadership role
- Proven results in a customer success leadership role
- Experience in an enterprise SaaS business is desirable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% to customer sites and/or headquarters
