What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently manage customer relationships, set project direction, and influence stakeholders
- Oversee customer lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions from implementation to day-to-day operations
- Develop and execute success plans tailored to customers' strategic goals and operational workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs and track key performance metrics
- Build and deliver tailored reports and presentations related to front-end revenue cycle operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a customer success or consulting role, preferably in healthcare or technology
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, prior authorization, or revenue cycle workflow optimization
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in PowerBI and data analytics, with strong analytical skills to track and interpret KPIs
