We’re seeking a Director, Data Science, to join our growing team.

The Director, Data Science, oversees the Data Science and Analytics functions within Marketing and is responsible for driving predictive analytic insights and methodologies across all Marketing programs.

How you’ll make us better:

• Develop and execute a data science strategy that aligns with the organization’s business goals
• Oversee projects and initiatives within the Data Science Team, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities
• Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, product managers and internal teams to understand their business, product challenges and goals, and address them using predictive analytics
• Develop A/B and multivariate tests to measure various marketing stimuli and demand generation programs
• Partner with the Power BI team to develop reporting
• Define, implement, and train statistical, machine learning, and deep learning models
• Develop predictive business models to forecast future business results
• Utilize software engineering best practices to publish model scores, insights and learnings at scale within the company
• Identify and monitor macro and micro level trends with statistical significance on a regular basis and understand key drivers of those trends
• Develop and manage the business forecasting process based off of key attributes such as consumer demand, scheduling availability (capacity) and other attributes as needed

Your special skills:

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to apply data insights and machine learning to address business needs and help drive revenue

Prerequisites for success:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or other quantitative field required; PhD preferred
• Ten (10) years of data science experience required; healthcare industry preferred
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience required

• Intermediate knowledge of Python or R
• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI or Tableau, and Google Analytics
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
