Drive and own strategic initiatives which align with the client’s goals and strategies, thereby strengthening our organization’s partnerships.
Develop and drive, in conjunction with MTC’s leadership team, the Data growth strategy particularly focusing on maturing and refining existing and developing new techniques and solutions.
Develop and manage positive and effective relationships with the Mazars client base to advance Mazars’ goals while building our position as the technology consulting partner of choice.
Proactively engage both net-new clients and expanding opportunities with existing clients with both internal and external stakeholders as either an independent sales leader or active sales team member (across multiple channels: internal referrals, partner channels (e.g. MS), existing clients (farming) and other marketing channels)
Build and coach our team of 10-20 consultants with data-related technical expertise, helping to recruit, on-board, coach, grow and promote technology consultants, senior consultants, and managers for future career growth.
Engage and maintain positive, productive relationships with client CxO’s, board members, committees, community and business leaders, stakeholders, and staff.
Maintain in depth technology solution knowledge while continuously learning to stay up to date with Mazars’ offerings to leverage the solutions to drive the best overall results for our clients.
Support the partner in charge of Data Services in the development and growth of the Data Services team in the US
Contribute to marketing client-facing efforts to raise the visibility of the DS activity (IC, conferences, papers, etc)
Years+ experience required: 10+ years managing the functional delivery of technology solutions within the targeted sectors. 10+ years of work experience in Project Management, Relationship Management and Account Management activities.
Education required: Bachelor of Science degree, in a relevant (data) domain – Master’s (technical or business) a plus.
Experience leading and motivating functional and technical consultants to deliver large scale business and technology solutions on time and on budget.
Credible knowledge across the business domain and sector specific business applications.
Experience with technology standards and implementation methodologies.
Demonstrated experience building relationships and presenting to C-level executives.
Demonstrated success in pre-sales/sales ability.
Demonstrated ability to be highly effective in a virtual team organization.
Ability to present Mazars’ solution offerings to our clients and communicate the business impact of new products and technologies:
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to travel to client locations up to 50%

The salary range for this role takes into account many factors including, but not limited to, years and type of experience, skill sets, and certifications. The projected salary range for this position is $109,000 - $330,000.
