- Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a robust digital content strategy aligned with the organization's overall marketing and business objectives
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation, curation, and management of high-quality digital content across various platforms, including websites, mobile apps, email, SMS, and other digital channels.
- Healthcare Content Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare content creation to ensure compliance and relevance.
- Audience Engagement: Drive audience engagement and brand awareness through compelling and relevant content that educates, informs, and engages our members and prospects.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, product, design, engineering, legal, accessibility, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital content strategies with broader organizational initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital content initiatives. Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights and market feedback.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of content strategist and writers to ensure high-quality content production and execution.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelance resources as needed to support content creation and distribution efforts.

Position Purpose:
Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
Directs the user experience content-related activities including content strategy, content design, content writing, content calendar, content maintenance, content model, metadata, style guide, voice and tone guidelines, and other content practices and standards.
This role requires understanding of technical and business requirements related to digital content, collaboration with other digital teams to create user-centered solutions leveraging data driven decisions and supporting the continual optimization of product development.
Hires, mentors, trains, and coaches junior team members and brings in thought leadership in emerging digital and content areas.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, digital design, information technology, marketing, or equivalent field
10+ years experience in content management or related field
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Master's Degree preferred
4+ years Leadership role required.
