- Directs the team on execution of all necessary campaign assets and website updates. Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of digital assets and paid media placements. Creates a test and learn environment on campaigns and optimizes according to KPI performance benchmarks.
- Oversee the performance of the Website and monitor for content and SEO gaps. Enhances the site with new features and relevant content. Coordinates ongoing website governance and audits which include quality controls across the site and content accuracy. Sourcing content curation and site ease to improve UX is expected. Responsible for proper scheduling and operational excellence for email and SMS marketing. Coordinates creation and distribution of marketing emails in conjunction with campaign and communication plans. Maintains a library of marketing email and texts as a resource for future campaigns.
- Aligns with social media function on paid and organic activities.
- Research new and innovative products, services or processes with the intent of attracting potential members to the Keesler Federal website and incubating digital marketing innovations.
- Ensures that the digital channel is utilized as a component for all marketing initiatives and routinely maps out optimized path-to-purchase member journeys.
- Owns day-to-day management of outside strategic partners that support digital execution. Conducts necessary due diligence for new and existing vendor relationships related to digital marketing initiatives.
- Serves as Marketing’s representative on implementation teams (with the Project Management Office), when necessary, for new online initiatives and reports committee updates to the Marketing team.
- Coordinates with Compliance and appropriate Risk areas to ensure that digital marketing channels and advertising components are following current regulations.
- Manages analytical exercises and distributes marketing results. Maintains reporting views and dashboards for the greater team’s consumption of key KPIs. Manages the analytics team to export knowledge and performance on assets and campaigns. Provides guidance on optimizing campaigns and adjusts accordingly to improve performance and conversions.
- Nurture a culture of informed data-driven decision making through ongoing “storytelling” on associated KPIs and performance measurement routines. Utilize Marketing systems to track initiatives, produce leads, sales prospects, and to measure Marketing success.
- Identify, leverage, and analyze all available date sources to identify marketing opportunities, risks, and market potential.
- Lead Marketing in making strategic business decisions using business, behavioral, geospatial analytics, and data modeling. Identify Marketing opportunities and help formulate plans on campaigns to activate.
- Lead the design, refinement and execution of Marketing dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Automation systems. Coordinate all processes to ensure timely, accurate and insightful information is shared.
- Lead the efforts to execute and manage all aspects of member and trade-area research exercises to drive insights and learnings. Manage the building, distribution and collection of Marketing surveys and reports. Work with appropriate survey vendors to update and maintain externally produced, member reaching surveys (brand tracking, member experience, NPS, etc).
- Consult with marketing leadership to understand the success metrics, goals, and strategic directions of marketing research plans and programs.
- Manage efforts to build and maintain member segments and automated programs within the Marketing Automation system. Distribute segment knowledge across the organization and integrate with CRM activities.
- Assigns work priorities for web management, email, automation, and digital campaign functions.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 10 years or more of experience across related disciplines – Marketing automation, Marketing analytics, Digital Marketing, Marketing research
- 5 years or more of management experience is preferred.
- HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in executing digital Marketing programs inclusive of landing pages, automation, email, and other digital channels in support of campaign and ‘always-on’ programs.
- Experience with management of website teams preferred.
- Familiarity with GA4, PowerBI and other analytical toolsets preferred.
- Knowledge of the processes and mechanics behind paid media channels and ad placements.
- Curious and analytical mindset to continually optimize and drive results.
- Must have strong analytical abilities to identify trends and recommend strategies that will help achieve Keesler Federal’s objectives.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish actionable facts, analyze and make decisions using sound judgment.
- Proven experience in utilizing statistical and analytical methodologies for profitability analysis, opportunity mining, research exercises and predictive modeling.
- Creative thinker and problem solver as well as possess and display effective analytical, organizational and communication skills. Experience in customer segmentation, research, surveys, profiling, and marketing results analysis.
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing returns.
- Must be eager to learn, show initiative, be enthusiastic, motivated by our mission and a self-starter.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills required.
- Must be adaptable and flexible, exhibiting a positive and energetic personality.
- Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.
- Extensive use of personal PC.
- HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
- Hands on experience and use of GA4 strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Mobile internet access required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite of products

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for leading digital marketing and overall research and analytics to support Keesler Federal’s strategic goals. The role serves within the Growth & Performance Marketing team and focuses on digital marketing strategy, paid media execution, member and market research exercises, and analyzing internal and external data into key metrics, strategic insights, and analytic solutions.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the Digital Marketing and Analytics team. Supervises website, digital marketing development, and analytic roles. Serves as point of contact for appropriate outside supporting agencies. Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, selecting, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; rewarding, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; recommending employees for promotion, transfer, and termination.
