- Work with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure website content and user experience creates engagement, nurtures leads and sustains relationships
- Develop SEO strategy
- Oversee Google AdWords and social media campaigns. Working with marketing to measure and report on campaign performance
- Establish/improve use of analytics tools to provide regular insights and reporting focusing on key performance indicators across the website, social, email, organic & paid search
- Work with the marketing team to formulate and direct digital campaigns in line with marketing and business objectives
- Work with marketing colleagues to approach sales distribution channels and understand the sales structure to support building effective distributions lists, lead nurture campaigns and lead scoring capabilities
- Keep informed and share knowledge of digital marketing trends and key developments in Asset Management
- Provide input into evaluating new technologies
- Work closely with other colleagues in other regions of the business to promote global best practice
- 15+ years of digital marketing experience, as well as experience leading and managing a team
- Highly experienced in CMS systems, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud GA, social posting and listening platforms, project management tools etc.
- Familiarity with SEC and FINRA requirements
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage and work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
- Evidence of expertise in stakeholder management

What is the opportunity?
As a Director, Digital Marketing with RBC Global Asset Management you will bring deep experience in B2B demand generation. Reporting to the Head of Global Institutional Marketing the role will be responsible for both digital marketing strategy and idea generation as well as active execution of go-to-market programs. Focus will be on building awareness and demand generation. The role has accountability for management of websites and as required, support for lead nurturing campaigns (including analytics), e-distribution best practice and supporting and driving the social media strategy. The role requires strong stakeholder and project management skills and proven experience of operating collaboratively and effectively in a complex matrix environment. This role will involve developing and executing a digital roadmap and leading a transformation of the website(s), improve user experience and optimized SEO.
