      The Director of Sales Strategy & Enablement will be responsible for building, managing, and delivering strategies across critical digital channels that support 1,000+ sellers. Channels to be overhauled and/or built from the ground up include:
      Responsibilities
      • Chat (overhaul): Oversee and implement our enterprise chat strategy that includes; partnering with Merchandising on when/where we use chat on SA.com, the creative for how our experience will look and sound to customers, how we train our Chat Sellers on tonality and the SBA brand voice, how customers and sellers will navigate the workflows between Chat & offline Sales teams, how Chat will be measured to determine incrementality, and how Chat fits into broader sales and marketing ROI calculations.
      • Content Management (ground up): Reimagine how Sales uses our (new) content management platform to drive better usage of collateral, and improved outcomes with customers. As an organization we need to move past the “library” approach to sales content and reimagine how we create relevant “programming” for over 1,000 sellers. Using data across our sales ecosystem, this person will create a data driven approach to increase seller and customer “viewership” of SBA content.
      • Digital Sales Rooms (ground up): Sales Rooms are personalized microsites for sellers to digitally share relevant information with customers. In this role, you will build and implement our enterprise strategy that includes; partnering with Marketing to design customer facing templates, work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising on how and when we deploy collateral via Sales Rooms, develop our go to market strategy for how we engage and drive customers into Sales Rooms, develop narratives and governance for how Sellers will craft Rooms for customers, and partner with Ops to determine a measurement strategy that tracks ROI and how we use Sales Room data to inform next best actions.

      Managing a team of professionals who oversee transformation and enablement, chat strategy, sales room creative and content management. This leader will manage the team of professionals by coaching, training, and performance reviews. This person will also be responsible for hiring and training of new employees.

      Qualifications :

      • Bachelor or Master's degree or work experience
      • 10+ years sales/digital experience
      • 5+ years management experience
