Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value delivery by the transformation organization to Henry Schein business units .
Build a framework to work with global businesses effectively and efficiently for digital initiatives on GEP. This includes developing the Ways of Working with the businesses.
Define, lead, and track strategic and operational digital programs to successful completion by leveraging GEP capabilities such a marketing automation, A/B testing, experience analytics, etc.
Facilitate interaction and workflow among team members to ensure timely deliverables.
Leverage data and analytics to develop, lead, and measure results for GTM sales and adoption-related initiatives, programs, and campaigns .
Conduct periodic reviews with business areas to understand successes, areas of improvement, and strategic goals to leverage GEP .
Proactively and c ontinuously communicate with HS businesses to ensure business and customer needs are understood for continuous growth.
12 - 15 years of experience in leading and managing digital initia tives.
3 – 5 years of e xperience in leading dig ital cross-functional initiatives in large organizations.
Goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service delivering strategic and creative solutions
Demonstrated progressive experience with Digital Programs, Customer Marketing, or related experience with a SaaS or subscription software service .
Demonstrated progressive customer success experience leading relevant teams (Customer Success Managers, Account Management, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen) and/or operations .
Experience with software development tools, practices, and methodologies is a plus .
Staff and cross-functional team m anagement experience preferred.
Experience with digital engagement approaches and methods (i.e., Digital Customer Success, Digital Marketing , Journey Optimization ) .
Strong verbal and written skills with an ability to articulate and communicate strategies and plans .
Demonstrated success with cross-functional coordination, including planning, execution tracking, and decision-making.
Outstanding management and leadership skills and ability to attract, retain, motivate, develop, mentor and coach team members for high performance

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 12 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 5 or more years of management experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
The posted range for this position is $137,600-$216,720, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus/incentive not reflected in the posted range.
