- Own and lead development and execution of product roadmaps including new product development as well as existing product enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-industry Product peers, Commercial and Retail teams to develop and manage product expansion prioritization objectives through acquisition of new e-commerce retailers, including DTCs, and expansion of existing retailers’ scope.
- Develop product sales policies, product pricing, financial analyses and business models demonstrating strategic foresight and added value for both clients and Circana.
- Collaborate with Operations and Tech teams and act as the E-Commerce product subject matter expert and a trusted advisor for new client implementations, restatements, and new product releases.
- Document product requirements and conduct User Acceptance Testing for new product launches and feature expansions.
- Develop and maintain product demos and best in class reporting templates.
- Develop and maintain product go to market collateral including sales decks, product showcase presentations, product facts sheets, etc.
- Support commercial and client facing engagements including proposals, RFPs and client meetings / product demos.
- Undergraduate degree is required; advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with market measurement data within the Manufacturer or Retailer environment
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with e-commerce and omnichannel market measurement and insights solutions
- Familiarity with data management concepts including product categorization, product attributes, restatements and change management
- Experience with software product management, agile methodologies, and new software or data product development is highly desired
- Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to foster collaborative interaction with cross-functional teams
- Strong client presence with demonstrated experience participating and/or leading commercial engagements

The Director, E-Commerce Product Management will own a suite of e-commerce market measurement solutions with responsibility for product performance, client experience and revenue attainment. He or she will participate in the development and leadership of product strategy based on Circana’s underlying content, technology, and analytic capabilities, and will support all aspects of the business including client implementation expertise, commercial engagements, marketing collateral, product P&L as well as creating and executing product roadmaps. Specifically, this role will focus on e-commerce suite of solutions for CPG, Gen Merch and Retail clients. These products are leveraged by hundreds of Circana’s top clients and serve as foundational solutions underlying a broader set of Circana’s offerings.
As part of his or her responsibilities, the Director, E-Commerce Product Management will work closely with other Product team peers, as well as with Data Science, Commercial, Operations, Tech, Legal and Finance teams.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $88k - $125k.
This job is also eligible for [bonus/incentive/commissions/equity] pay.
