What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead account management/customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet customer needs and requirements
- Design and implement strategies for product and service delivery
- Monitor project plans, incidents, and patient safety cases
- Conduct quality audit checks and facilitate team meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, Business Analytics, or Healthcare
- 6+ years of Client Relationship Management/Account Management/Customer Success Management experience with EHR systems
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a medical practice, healthcare software company, or similar role/function
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification preferred but not required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Technical background with knowledge of databases, application servers, networking, and more
- Ability to lead C-suite meetings and skilled in negotiations
- Great listening and communication skills
