- Oversee the development and execution of compelling employer brand content, including blogs, video testimonials, and targeted advertising, to effectively communicate the organization’s employer value proposition and engage prospective employees.

- Lead the strategic development and execution of comprehensive recruitment marketing initiatives, encompassing advanced digital campaigns, social media strategies, and job board management, to attract high-caliber talent aligned with recruitment goals.
- Maximize the impact and efficiency of recruitment advertising and platform optimization, ensuring a broad and targeted reach while continuously refining strategies to increase candidate engagement and application quality.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies to align goals and strategies for optimal campaign performance.
- Spearhead the design and implementation of innovative, data-driven recruitment marketing strategies, positioning the organization as a top-tier employer and driving brand awareness to attract exceptional talent.
- Strategically identify and leverage the most effective recruitment marketing tactics and platforms, ensuring alignment with specific target audience segments and optimizing outreach to meet hiring objectives.
- Manage Advertising budget and optimize ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and skills to deliver on strategic objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages creativity and continuous improvement in talent attraction efforts.
- Set clear goals, measure performance, and continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across the business to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide regular reporting on talent attraction efforts, metrics, and outcomes to the executive team and key stakeholders.
- Oversee our events strategy, including booth design and lead generation, aligned to the organization’s staffing targets, and serve as brand ambassador.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret and communicate complex compensation data effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving: Demonstrates ownership of work, identifies opportunities for improvement, and drives solutions.
- Strong collaboration: Works well across Finance, HR, and Clinical Operations to build consensus on compensation strategies.
- Attention to detail: Ensures accuracy and compliance in all compensation processes and data analysis.
- Growth-oriented: Keeps up with industry trends and continuously seeks ways to enhance compensation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a recruitment operations or HRIS role
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- This position offers an annual salary range of $120,000 - $150,000, plus bonus opportunity. Exact salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, education and geographic location.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Director, Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing to join our team. As a member of the Talent Attraction & People Experience team, you’ll lead a team responsible for positioning Sound as an employer of choice to the clinician community and lead generation to support recruitment priorities.
The Details: This is a remote opportunity. Monday-Friday.
