What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage customer relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Oversee operations and process improvements for a functional work processing area
- Provide technical guidance to systems and programming activities
- Ensure stable and reliable delivery of applications within SLA
- Plan, develop, schedule, and maintain specific systems and projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success implementing large-scale projects across multiple disciplines
- Deep understanding of multiple business domains and application ecosystems
- Experience constructing and applying metrics for decision making
- Ability to balance multiple assignments and make confident decisions
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced UI/UX and prototype design knowledge and experience
- Experience in digital experimentation and web analytics optimization
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and concepts
- Working knowledge of object-oriented development and design patterns
- 10+ years of technical leadership experience
