      Job Summary: The Director, Enterprise Portfolio Sales, leads a team responsible for developing growth strategies and driving revenue within PayPal's US Enterprise sector, focusing on large clients. Reporting to the Senior Director, Portfolio Sales, this role requires a proven track record in strategic account management, executive engagement, and solution selling in a complex environment. The role involves managing a portfolio to minimize account decline, reduce churn, and grow revenue and margins through negotiations and renewals, serving as a player/coach to enhance PayPal's relevance with major US companies.

      Key Responsibilities:

      1. Lead a team to build and execute strategies for expanding relationships with major partners.
      2. Drive revenue growth through identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, co-marketing, and solution development.
      3. Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives to convey PayPal's value proposition.
      4. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms for long-term value.
      5. Collaborate across internal teams to achieve objectives, including technology, finance, legal, and marketing.
      6. Manage pipelines, influence product roadmaps, and allocate resources effectively.
      7. Provide insights on product enhancements and market strategies based on customer feedback and competitive analysis.
      8. Understand and design solutions spanning mobile, e-commerce, POS, and other interfaces to enhance merchant experiences.
      9. Identify opportunities to increase PayPal's market share and optimize merchant checkout processes.
      10. Present business reviews to senior leadership and negotiate effectively.
      11. Drive results with a strategic, action-oriented approach.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
      • 10+ years in business development or enterprise account management, especially in payments or fintech.
      • Experience leading teams of business development or partnership professionals.
      • Strong financial, technical, and strategic thinking skills.
      • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
      • Proven negotiation skills and ability to work in a matrix organization.
      • Willingness to travel 25-50%.
      • Ability to operate globally with cultural awareness.
      • Excellent presentation skills in various formats.
