  Your role at Baxter

  • Support the development and implementation for External Contract Manufacturing (ECM) execution and strategy resulting in key business growth and significant cost savings.
  • Serve as liaison between company and External Contract Manufacturer network.
  • Provide oversight to the manufacturing, quality and development of products performed ECM’s
  • Partner with contract manufacturers to ensure quality, delivery and cost meet or exceed Baxter’s expectations.

  What you'll be doing

  • Develop and sustain ECM strategy to be used internally and externally.
  • Assess capabilities and build business models to justify and expand External Contract Manufacturing services.
  • Partner with PSM and Strategy functions to develop manufacturing and capacity strategies that are consistent with the current and future marketing strategies (short and long term).
  • Work with marketing teams on building operational capabilities for new trends and products.
  • Support quality investigations and non-conformances by providing appropriate product expertise.
  • Support Due Diligence evaluations of potential BD Target organizations

  What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10 plus years of Medical Device / Pharmaceutical / Biologics industry experience working with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality required.
  • Technical knowledge including: cGMP-Regulations and Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control and Assurance, and Operations.
  • Ability to develop and manage partnerships.
  • Ability to drive and sustain transformational change.

  Location:

  • Preferred position is based in a home office (travel as needed in region). Candidate can reside in the Poland, Malta, or the United Kingdom.
