What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage the performance of Family Support Educator (FSE) Leads and their teams
- Execute strategic patient education initiatives and ensure compliance adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to train and onboard new FSE team members
- Drive change and resolve escalations for internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver results on key business goals and provide reporting and analytics based on FSE data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; 15 years of relevant experience in Patient Support Services or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within Patient Support Services or similar areas
- In-depth experience in account management and patient/caregiver education
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and rare disease space
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

- MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and leadership presence
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and a patient-centric mentality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
