      Overview

      The Director, Field Operations is responsible for promoting initiatives that drive value-based care success. The Director, Field Operations will partner directly with market operations staff to achieve value-based care goals.

      Responsibilities

      Under the supervision of the SVP, Transformation, the Director of Field Operations will:

      • Partner with clinic operations staff to enable success across Value-Based care programs
      • Implement programs that enhance patient outcomes and reduce costs
      • Partner with VBC and FFS operational teams to address physician/clinic requests and challenges
      • Foster a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement
      • Guide and support teams as they adopt new tools and processes
      • Follow through execution, and monitoring of projects and programs
      • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
      • Implement project management best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
      • Offer assistance to physicians and staff on how to deploy value-based care tools and engage with the care management team
      • Implement programs to build the capabilities of teams involved in transformation initiatives
      • Work with VBC team on developing new solutions; help deploy solutions in clinics
      • Educate and provide resources to support staff in adapting to new processes and workflows
      • Review metrics with physicians and staff, identifying and discussing opportunities to improve
      • Collaborate with analytics teams to share key performance indicators and success metrics with physicians and clinic staff

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred

      • 5 plus years of relevant experience
      • Proven track record of delivering operational results in a matrixed environment
      • Experience working directly with physicians and clinical staff
      • Proven experience in executing and implementing initiatives in a healthcare or value-based care setting
      • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and inspire others
      • Knowledge of value-based care principles, healthcare operations, regulatory requirements
      • Project management expertise and ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams
      • Advanced Microsoft office suite skills
