What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and Investor Relations for quarterly earnings announcements and investor conferences
- Manage internal and external communications for quarterly sales and annual shareholder meetings
- Responsible for sales reporting and analysis within the Finance organization
- Develop and improve policies and systems to enhance team effectiveness
- Act as a spokesperson and subject matter expert in corporate and financial communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of professional experience in corporate and/or financial communications or Investor Relations
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience as a spokesperson
- Ability to work independently and navigate complex environments
- Proven business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to travel 5-10 times per year to Detroit, Michigan, and New York City, New York
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing new or significantly improved communication policies and methods
- Familiarity with traditional, social, and digital media strategies
- Previous experience in a high-level corporate communications role
