      Director, Financial Technology Digital Transformation

      The Director, Financial Technology Digital Transformation is accountable for Business Relationship Management and IT transformation across the Campbells Enterprise Performance Management process. The role involves demand-shaping with our business partners, understanding business challenges, leveraging technology to drive capabilities, developing roadmaps and strategies, and working across IT on behalf of the Campbells manufacturing function. A passion for business advocacy, strong relationship skills, and a high degree of comfort working with digital platforms, are key. This position is the lead relationship manager for our Finance senior leaders (Supply Chain Finance, Corporate FP&A, Divisional Finance).

      This role will be based in the Camden, NJ headquarters location . This position will report to the Sr Director, Digital Finance Transformation.

      Responsibilities

      • Responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Enterprise Performance Management process, which includes but is not limited to Financial Close and Consolidation, Budgeting and Forecasting, Allocations and Scenario Analysis, Reporting Automation, Advanced Analytics and Intelligent Forecasting.
      • Develops the Digital Finance EPM strategy and roadmap in partnership with the Finance leaders with the goal of implementing an xP&A future.
      • Works with key stakeholders to provide a holistic view of the service and evangelizes business and technology trends that can increase the service’s value.
      • Acts as a thought leader for Campbell IT with the ability to direct work at a tactical level while planning at a strategic level. Experience managing managers a plus as well as large outsourced onshore, nearshore and offshore teams.
      • Gains alignment with Campbells Finance leaders on roadmaps, strategies, and priorities.
      • Drive Enterprise Performance Management technology strategy – based on business goals and value.
      • Own and govern project, program and digital product portfolio for FP&A – including migration to SAC Planning, Supply Chain Finance Transformation, Connected Campbell’s for Finance.
      • Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Commercial IT and Supply Chain IT in pursuit of new business initiatives, adhering to appropriate standards, tools and roadmaps. Partner with IT Platforms team to drive appropriate operation and sustain model.
      • Collaborate across IT Data & Analytics to create and drive a unified Financial Data Model strategy. Manage the implementation, rollout and support of SAC Planning across the enterprise, migrate models from existing BPC and EPM solution to future state enterprise application.
      • Understand and progress the enterprise data strategy across manufacturing. Promote business-specific use cases and priorities. Collaborate with the Sr Director of Enterprise Architecture to drive value for our business partners.
      • Be a capability enabler, competency developer, community builder and problem-solving collaborator.
      • Foster innovation in all business domains and support digital transformation spearheaded by the Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO).
      • Lead with inspiration, energy, and empathy – coach team to enable innovative business capabilities while being stewards of IT’s digital transformation objectives.
      • Embrace a spirit of growth, innovation and learning, encouraging team to gain insight to new technologies, business processes, and digital manufacturing practices. Take an outside-in approach and leverage industry benchmarks and advances to generate new ways of thinking for Campbell.

      Skills and Knowledge

      • Strong communication skills and ability to represent the IT function, i.e. ability to interact at the Chief, S/VP and Director level as required
      • Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills; able to work across business lines at a senior level to influence and effect change to achieve common goals.
      • Demonstrated leadership; proven track record of leading complex, multidisciplinary talent teams in new endeavors and delivering solutions.
      • Proven financial technology and data literacy — The ability to describe business use cases/outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and solution approaches/options. The ability to translate among the languages used by executive, business, IT and consultant stakeholders.
      • Ability to manage budgets of up to $40M annually, with parallel workstreams in an Agile framework.
      • Proven Business Relationship Management expertise – ideally within CPG industry.
      • Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
      • Ability to effectively drive business, culture and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment.
      • Proven negotiation skills to drive win-win solutions and work on behalf of enterprise.
      • Ability to set strategy and exhibit big picture thinking, while driving into details as necessary.
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologists.
      • Proven record of effective leadership, including the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, build teams and consensus, get things done through others not directly under his/her supervision, and work ethically and with integrity.

      Experience

      • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or manufacturing business domain-related field.
      • Ten years or more of experience with SAP, strong understanding and experience with ECC, BPC, SAC Planning, SAC Analytics and S4 Financial Data Models.
      • Fifteen or more years of business experience in IT leadership. Broad business experience within the manufacturing domain and within the CPG industry is desired.
      • Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.
      • Three or more years as BRM for the finance business area with a concentration in Enterprise Performance Management (supply chain finance, divisional finance, FP&A).

      Compensation and Benefits:

      The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

      $125,500-$209,300

      Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
