• The Role
  
  The Director of F&B will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations for all Legends Hospitality Winstar venues, including dining services, banquets, and catering.

  Responsibilities: The listing below is not all inclusive of the job duties, but do include:
• Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including dining services, banquets, and catering.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the food and beverage team.
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with culinary staff to create innovative menus and dishes.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for food and beverage supplies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain an informed and well-versed catering team.
• Maintain financial records related to the operation of the departments and meet required deadlines for reporting to the accounting department.
• Maintain open communications and professional relationships with all of the Legends departments, Leaders and Venue staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a multiple outlet environment.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a manager in the Food & Beverage Industry.
• Knowledge of report development and financial planning.
• Ability to develop and deliver sound recommendations.

Responsible for knowing/teaching all safety policies and procedures, knowing the reporting requirements and following up with resetting the safety expectation for the team to include any additional training needed, looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training--including mandatory trainings and any additional job specific safety training.
