      The Coca-Cola Company’s products are available to consumers in more than 200 countries and territories. The brands are brought to our consumers through a network of independent, Company-owned or controlled bottling plants, as well as distribution operations who manufacture, package, merchandise, and distribute the finished branded beverages to our customers and other partners.

      The Director, Franchise Operations serves as one of Coca-Cola North America Operating Unit’s primary points of contact, representing the total region portfolio for our bottling partner, Coca-Cola Beverages Florida. This General Management role is responsible for coordinating and integrating the work of several Coca-Cola functions to ensure that the complete package is translated and delivered to the bottler. The Ops Director has primary accountability for monitoring and reporting on all aspects of performance, across all routes to market, and translating trends into action. This role will also support development and deployment of the joint business plan. Candidates with bottling, customer, and general management experience with a track record of building relationships and executing strategies across our network are ideal.

      Location: This role is remote; however, candidate must reside in Florida, and the preferred location is Tampa, FL. Other FL cities can be discussed.

      What You’ll Do for Us

      • Responsible for weekly/monthly performance management and stewardship which includes reporting on revenue, volume, share, transaction metrics. Translate insights and trends to action.

      • Monitors performance versus execution objectives, re-plans as necessary and provides feedback to key stakeholders. Also, manages discretionary budgets based on regional need.

      • Provides Bottler performance feedback to Franchise Leadership “serving as voice of the market.”

      • Leads local insight development, monitor's market conditions and reports competitive activity to drive awareness and action.

      • Responsible for leading in-market immersion for the team to drive operational improvements & best in class market execution in partnership with bottling partner.

      • Partners with the Commercial Director to steward the planning process and execute the commercial strategy and plans with bottling partner for local market execution.

      • Works with Commercial Director to assess Bottler commercial capabilities against established commercial strategies and objectives, identifying gaps and develops action plans to improve capabilities.

      • Responsible for collaborating on contingency plans to deliver annual business plan performance in channels to include revenue, volume, share, net outlets, SOVI (share of visual inventory), and pricing.

      • Manages innovation process for region in NAOU routines , inclusive of forecasting and business case, and represent s region during product lifecycle management routines.

      • Coordinate's training/development that drives capability building (for franchise team and bottler) and enables more effective processes, scorecards, and business routines to achieve the annual business plan.

      Qualifications & Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is preferred.

      • 5 or more years in CPG organization responsible for direct sales, key account, or franchise management with P&L responsibility.

      • Must have experience with performance management, tracking, reporting, analyzing and translating data into action.

      • Must have experience as a Business Partner with customer, bottler or manufacturing experience in the Food and Beverage industry.

      • Must have experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management and demonstration a track record for delivering positive revenue results.

      • Demonstrate passion for selling, negotiating, relationship building in an entrepreneurial environment.

      • Understanding of channel marketing, syndicated marketing research and competitive analysis and how to utilize this knowledge to drive sales.

      • Must possess excellent relationship building skills, as well as strategic leadership abilities

      • Distribution center knowledge ideal

      • The ability to influence outcomes and be persuasive are ideal

      Pay Range:

      $145,000 - $169,000

      Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
